**Refund Policy**

 

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the product.  

*Important Note*: If a refund request is approved, Shopify will charge a credit card surcharge, which will be deducted from the refund amount (not applicable for PayPal payments).

 

**If You Change Your Mind**  

We accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, provided the following conditions are met:

- The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

- The original receipt, online invoice, or other valid proof of purchase must be provided.

- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, etc.

- If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange request.

 

**Non-Returnable Items**  

Unless required by law, the following items are non-returnable:

- Medications (over-the-counter)

- Infant formula

- Vitamin supplements

- Consumables

- Promotional items

 

**Return Conditions**  

Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and with tags attached. Please contact us via email at xxx to handle any return issues.

 

**Damages and Issues**  

Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days so we can assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.

 

**Exchanges**  

The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

**Refunds**  

We will notify you of your refund status after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method, typically taking 2 to 6 business days for the bank or credit card company to complete. If you need the refund urgently, please contact your bank to expedite the process.

 

**Online Orders**  

Despite taking extensive protective measures during shipping, if your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the item and/or package to ensure a swift resolution. If we are not notified within 7 days, your request may be denied.
